MINNESOTA ROAD TRIP / DAY 5

After spending the night in Columbia, Missouri we headed home with a quick stop in St. Louis to see the Gateway Arch and stand on the banks of the Mississippi River. We crossed the river into Illinois, through southern Indiana and crossed the Ohio River into Louisville, Kentucky and then on home to Scott Co. , VA. We traveled a total of 2,345 miles in ten different states; Virginia, Tennessee, Kentucky, Ohio, Indiania, Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa and Missouri. Gas prices ranged from a high of $1.72 in Iowa to a low of $1.43 in Missouri. We did see a gas sign for $1.35 as we drove through Kanas City. The Lord gave us a good, safe and enjoyable trip.
