Should YOU attend the T.E.A. Party?

The April 15 T.E.A. ( Taxed Enough Already )Parties are growing like wildfires! One month ago there were around 150 TEA parties planned. Now that number has exceeded 1,500 nationwide. Take a few moments and decide if you should be counted in the number of American Patriots who should attend.

The Kingsport, Tn. Party will be held at Memorial Park across from D.B. High School 3:00 - 5:00 p.m. There are over 200,000 people living within a 30 minute drive of his rally. Who will make the decision to be there? Let's round off some numbers to keep it simple. I'll say that unemployment in the area is 10%. Very few of those folks will bother to come, after all Obama just gave them another $25 a week of our money in unemployment benefits. How does that encourage them to go back to work? My apologies to anyone unemployed who is REALLY trying to find work. Having worked for some sort of paycheck since I was 14 years old, I found out a long time ago that if you want to work, you can work. Not always the perfect job or a job you are happy with, but you can find work. This isn't the first economic downturn in history. This accounts for 20,000 people who won't show up. U.S. Census information indicates that roughly 20% of this area's population are school-aged children. April 15 is a school day, followed by sports activities and homework, so that accounts for another 40,000 who won't be there. However I believe these young minds would be better served in seeing and experiencing how Freedom and Liberty work in America. A note to parents of school-aged children. This would be a great opportunity to make a life-long impression on your child to take part and be involved in defending our freedom and preserving our Constitution and a great time to explain the first Boston TEA Party. Attending would have to be more constructive for them than attending another day of Liberal indoctrination in the government schools.

Since this is an area of hard-core conservative, working class people, probably 50% of the population will actually be on the job working during the TEA Party. This is 100,000 people who can't be there because someone has to earn a paycheck so the government can take too much of it from us and give away to the ' Less Fortunate' and to fund the federal government which will increase in size at 8% this year. No recession in Washington D.C.!

Maybe another 10% will have a Dr. appointment, Dentist appointment, a sick relative, a lost dog, car won't run, it will be too hot, too cold, too windy, too rainey,snowy, foggy, blah, blah,blah............

This leaves 20,000 people with no excuse to not attend the Kingsport TEA party and take part, just like our founding fathers, in a protest against unfair taxation.
