TOBACCO NAZI'S ON THE PROWL

The anti-tobacco Nazi's may soon be coming after YOU.

Here are two new efforts by local and federal governments to run your life. The Richmond, California city council has passed a law banning smoking in an apartment you rent or a condo you own. They have decided that smoking is unhealthy for you and your neighbors and it will be the city governments decision if you will be allowed to smoke in the privacy of your own home.

The Obama administration has recommended to the Defence Dept. that ALL tobacco use be banned in the military. Our military men & women can fight and protect , and sometimes die for, our country but they can't smoke a cigarette or cigar or take a chew. The biggest problem I see with this is The Supreme Commander, Almighty Obama, has not been able to kick his smoking habit. He recently confessed that he still sneaks out to the Rose Garden for a puff when he gets stressed.

Although I don't smoke, this is still unwarrented government intrusion into American citizens lives. If this isn't challenged, you can count on more government oversight of your personal life. Maybe they will decide that you shouldn't eat that pizza and drink that Dr. Pepper. Then they might decide you shouldn't watch Fox news on your TV. Where would it end?


UPDATE: The Pentagon is facing an uproar and has quickly backed off their proposed tobacco ban by the troops.
